Our Ambition
When people feel at one with each other they perform better, open up and are far more willing to give of themselves for the greater good.

When people feel equal to all others around them their output is enhanced and builds far better outomes.

Understanding equity is key to achieving equality but this involves all, not just those who run the systems but those who design or own the system and must now lead the change.

Having identified the work to achieve equity, it must be done by the white community. The White Allyship Collective is set on providing a framework, inspired by work from Harvard, to enable white leaders to create a culture that embraces all its members by building pathways to feed equity gaps until such a time everyone feels equal.

Our focus os to educate organisations and individual leaders on the 10 Habits of Highly Effective White Allies.
